The Seventh Alchemy is a one-man instrumental rock band, which is the creative outlet of guitarist Pedro Rousseau, who also fronts a band called Fresh Body Shop, which will surely be covered in a future post. But for now take a ‘listen’ to Ruins and tell me if it doesn’t hit you hard – amazingly crisp, hard-edged and well-produced industrial rock and FREE! My only complain: some of the tracks are way too short and leave you wanting for more! Tracks to look out for: the opening track Birdy’s Last Flight; the acoustic Hydromel; the extremely heavy but short Fucked Up With Guitar with a blistering solo; and the last track We’re All Alone.
