The year is over! For some of us, it just came and went – a member of a long list of other such candidates. For some of us it probably was an year of great import, a milestone in our lives in some way or the other. I am not one for grand new year celebrations, or even resolutions for that matter. Wolf People

Classic Rock fans rejoice! Amabilis Insania has just discovered the Wolf People! It’s not easy to find good, modern, old-fashioned classic rock music (talk about contradictions!) on the net. But tonight I discovered this British band whose original compositions are some very solid examples of classic rock. Wolf People is the real deal! And they are: Jack Sharp – Guitar, Vocal Joe Hollick – Guitar Tom Watt – Drums Daniel Davies – Bass Their “first proper full-length album”, Steeple will be out this October. But they have released the album’s first single titled Tiny Circle and its available for free download. And going by that track I am excitedly waiting to buy the full album when it’s out! Amabilis Insania is Latin for Pleasing Madness – which is what Music stands for, and hence the title. This is where we share some of the wonderful Music that we know and some that we discover – some greater benefit from what is purely a private affair.

On Amabilis Insania, we try and cover upcoming artists/bands who give away at least some of their music for free, which helps us to listen and review and distribute their music. The other category you will find here is 'rarities' – music that was once commercially available but is not sold any more. Copyrighted music, if covered, is not available for download.

We don’t give away for free, music that was not intended to be given away for free. But if you do find some error of judgement on our part, please get in touch, if you are the copyright holder or a representative, and the material will be removed promptly.
